Instructions and information for using DigiAudit Plus (formerly myDocs)

Use this guide to navigate and use DigiAudit Plus.

Access DigiAudit Plus

Access DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)


  1. Go to the Otelier homepage or open your Otelier launch portal URL.
  2. Click Log In.
  3. Select myDocs.
  4. Enter your Username and Password.
    These are provided by Otelier unless you belong to Marriott. 
    If you belong to Marriott you need to use your Marriott EID.
  5. Click Log In.
  6. Your myDocs portal will open.
  7. Click myDocs to launch myDocs.
 
 

Filter Documents

Find a document in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)

Filter search results in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)


  1. Access DigiAudit Plus.
  2. Use the filter dropdowns at the top of the screen to change your filter parameters and refresh your search. 
     
     
  3. Click Go.

Click Reset to return to your original filters. 

 

 

 

 
 

Sort Documents

Sort documents in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)


  1. Access DigiAudit Plus.
  2. Click the sorting arrow in the required column header to sort the results by ascending or descending order.
 
 

View Documents

View documents in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)


  1. Find the required report in DigiAudit Plus.
  2. Click on the report to open the viewing pane.
  3. Click X to close the viewing pane.
 
 

Navigate a Document

There are a variety of functions and options for navigating a document in DigiAudit Plus:

Scrolling

  1. Open the required document.‍
  2. Use your mouse or the on-screen scroll bars to move through the pages.
 
 

Panning

Pan a document in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)


  1. Open the required document.‍
  2. Select the Pan icon
  3. Click and drag with your mouse to pan through the document.
 
 

Page Thumbnails


  1. Open the required document.‍
  2. Toggle the Sidebar on.

     
  3. Select the required thumbnail to go to that page.
 
 

Scaling

Zoom options for a document in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)


  1. Open the required document.‍
  2. Select the required option:
Zoom In
Zoom Out

Fit to page width

Fit to page

Zoom to a specific %

Marquee Zoom

Allows you to select an area to zoom in on by clicking and dragging with your mouse.

 
 

Full Screen Mode

View full screen mode in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)


  1. Open the required document.‍
  1. Open the Menu.

     
  2. Select Full screen.

     
  3. Press Esc on your keyboard to exit full-screen mode.
 
 

Rotating

Rotate a document in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)


  1. Open the required document.‍
  1. Open the View Controls menu.
  2. Select Rotate Clockwise or Rotate Counterclockwise until the page rotation is correct.

You will need to rotate any pages that were incorrectly submitted each time you view them in DigiAudit Plus.

 
 
 

Page Layout

Change the page layout in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)


  1. Open the required document.‍
  2. Open the View Controls menu.

     
  1. Select Single Page, Double Page, or Cover Facing Page.
 
 
 
 

Edit Document Indexing

Edit document indexes in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)

The document indexes are the unique identifiers used to search and find documents. For example:

  • Report Name
  • Hotel
  • Business Date

It is essential that they are accurate or a document may be difficult to find.



  1. Find and open the required document.
  2. Click the Indexes icon (right-hand side).

     
  3. Edit the indexes as required.

     
  4. Review the document to make sure the changes are correct.
  5. Click Save

     
  6. Confirm the changes.

Editing multiple documents at once

You can select multiple documents at once to edit all their indexes.

It is essential that you select the correct documents and that the index being updated for them is identical.

Any errors can make the documents difficult to find and should be reported to the Support Team immediately.

 
 
 

Mark up a Document

Document Mark Up in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)

Info

Mark Up must be enabled by your Hotel Management Group.

 

 


The Mark Up feature allows you to add text annotations to documents in DigiAudit Plus.

  1. Open the required document‍.
  2. Navigate‍ to the required page.
  3. Click the Mark Up icon in the right-hand menu.


     
  4. The Mark Up menu will open.

 

Highlight text

  1. Select the required highlight format and color in the right-hand menu.
     
  2. Select the Highlight or Free Hand Highlight icon. 
  3. Click and drag your mouse over the text that needs to be highlighted.
  4. Click Save to retain the changes or Cancel.
 
 

Format text

  1. Select the required format option from the menu.

     
  2. Click and drag your mouse over the text that needs the selected format.
  3. Click Save to retain the changes or Cancel.
 
 

Add text

  1. Select the Free Text icon.

     
  2. Select the text format required.

     
  3. Click and drag on the page to add the text box.
  4. Click in the text box to insert your text.

     
  5. Click Save to retain the changes or Cancel.
 
 

Add a Rectangle

  1. Select the Rectangle icon.

     
  2. Select the rectangle format required.


     
  3. Click and drag on the page to add and resize the rectangle.

     
  4. Click Save to retain the changes or Cancel.
 
 

Erase a mark up

  1. Select the Eraser icon.

     
  2. Click and drag your mouse over the mark up you need to erase.
 
 
 
 

Share a Document

Share a document in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)

Sharing must be enabled by your Hotel Management Group AND you can only share with users from within your organization.

 


If enabled, you can share a document via secure email with members of your Hotel Management Group who also have DigiAudit Plus user accounts.

  1. Open the required document or place a check mark against the required documents.‍
  2. Click the Share icon in the right-hand menu.


     
  3. Enter the required fields:
    • To: Email addresses of the recipients
    • Subject: Email subject line
    • Message: Enter a personalized message (standard text will be included)
    • Expiration: Set an expiration for the shared link (this is in UTC)
    • Password: Enter a password for accessing the link
      It is recommended you type the password in an email or text document so you can copy and paste it into DigiAudit Plus and then share it with the recipients.
  4. Click Email.


     
  5. Share the password with the intended recipients.
 
 

Print a Document

This feature must be enabled by your Hotel Management Group.

 

It is recommended that you Share a document to maintain security and an audit trail.

 


  1. Open the required document.
  2. Open the Menu.

     
  3. Select Print.

     
  4. Follow the onscreen prompts to print the document as required.
 
 

Download a Document

Download a document in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)

This feature must be enabled by your Hotel Management Group.

 


  1. Find the required document or documents.
  2. Select the document or documents.

     
  3. Click the Download icon.

     
  4. The documents will download to your computer.
 
 

Delete a Document

Delete a document in DigiAudit Plus (myDocs)

This feature must be enabled by your Hotel Management Group.

 


  1. Find the required document or documents‍.
  2. Select the document or documents.

     
  3. Click the Delete icon.

     
  4. Confirm the deletion.
