Access the Otelier Support Portal to view your existing support tickets

Follow these steps to view any previously submitted support tickets or submit a new one.


  1. Open the Otelier Support Portal.
  2. Click Log In.
  3.  Enter your registered email address.
    Follow this guide if you have not previously registered for the Otelier Support Portal.

     
  4. Enter your support portal Password then select Continue.

     
  5. You will be directed to the Support Portal.
